Yeah.. well it was a former member of FCO who decided to go nuclear rogue against us a few months back. We've been gradually (VERY GRADUALLY) working him down since.

any military assistance you want to provide is more than welcome. Once I'm masked and you guys decide what you want to do I'll go into coordination with you so that both alliances are working on the same page.

as for nuclear range- yeah.. I ate one yesterday. oh well it's good experience if nothing else right. Besides, I needed a war to boost interest again. Peace sucks in this game lol.

I've tried to speak with your Government on IRC but with no response, but I'm glad you have come to us.

We had no prior knowledge of his offences, apart from that he had used nukes in the past. We told him not to use them unless told to by Menotah Higher-ups.

Soon after, he attacked.

So he is a ghost, and is not sanctioned by us. We can work something out after I mask you.
